Our Vision and Mission:

To serve as an organization committed to the establishment, growth and maintenance of a Network of partner groups and organizations committed to empowering those individuals, groups and organizations who seek it. We believe that through self-empowerment, education, self-evaluation, realization of one’s identity, and acceptance of that role, one feels empowered to become a productive citizen of the world and become involved in activities that promote a better understanding of citizenship as it relates to the social arena.
